Christmas Eve writing exercise (not Christmas-related!)
To those who celebrate, Merry Christmas Eve!
Today’s writing exercise is the following:
Write down five things you are grateful for.
Write down five things you did well today.
Write down five goals for the near future.
Write down three areas in your life that need improvement.
Write down two or three affirmations, such as “I am prosperity.” Or “I am loving, lovable, and loved.”
This is called a gratitude list and can spark a lot of thought. We all have something to be grateful for, even if it is as basic as food, air, and water. Feel free to share any of your writings in comments section of the blog and enjoy!
